Scan. Enter. Done.
A scan-to-enter raffle for live events. Create one in minutes, print a QR for the table, and export deduped, consent-timestamped entries as CSV — purpose-built for a booth, not a spreadsheet.
Free to run. No participant accounts. Consent and privacy built in.
Summer Market Giveaway
Enter to win a $250 gift card. One entry per person; winner drawn Friday.
How it works
- 1
Create and print
Set a title, pick your fields, add your logo and colour. You get a printable QR code for the table.
- 2
Guests scan and enter
One tap opens a fast mobile form. Duplicates are caught, consent is timestamped, and the count updates live.
- 3
Export and follow up
Download a clean CSV of deduped, opted-in entries for the draw and your follow-up email.
More than a form
The PRD calls Google Forms the real competitor. Here is what a form doesn't do.
Deduped, with a paper trail
One entry per person by email or phone. Rejected duplicates are logged, not silently dropped.
Consent with a timestamp
When you require the opt-in checkbox, each yes is stored with the time it was given and a link to your policy.
Runs on event time
A raffle opens and closes on the schedule you set, in the venue's timezone — no manual switch to flip.
Reuse the printed QR
Archive a finished raffle and hand its slug to the next one. The sign you printed last month still works.
Looks like yours
Per-raffle logo and accent colour on the entry form. Unlimited plan removes the MyRifa badge entirely.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Running raffles, collecting unlimited entries, picking winners, and seeing your full entrant list are all free. Paid plans add CSV export of that list and remove the MyRifa badge.
How is this different from a Google Form?
A form collects rows. MyRifa handles the raffle: it dedupes entrants, records consent with a timestamp, opens and closes on schedule, and lets you reuse one printed QR across recurring events.
Do participants need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR, fill one short mobile form, and they're done. Accounts are only for organizers.
What do I need at the event?
The printed QR code on the table. Everything else happens on the participant's phone and in your dashboard.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Your raffles and entrant list stay; you just lose CSV export and the badge removal.
